Every alaga deserves
a home and a name.
Circuit Community – Kapon Alaga Inc. is a volunteer network of rescuers, fosters, and barangay partners running free-roaming cat rescue, foster placement, adoption, and subsidized spay/neuter (kapon) clinics across our neighborhoods.
Cats ready to become your alaga
Browse our current adoptable cats and recent adoption success stories on their own page, then fill out an adoption inquiry and a coordinator will reply within 2–3 days.
Five steps from inquiry to welcome home
We move deliberately — it protects the cat and sets the adopter up to succeed. Most placements complete within two to three weeks.
Inquire
Submit the online form for the cat you're interested in, including your living situation and household members.
Interview
A coordinator calls or video-chats with you about experience, routine, and expectations.
Meet & greet
Visit the foster home to spend time with the cat before committing.
Home check
A quick visit or photo walkthrough confirms the space is safe — screened windows, no open balconies.
Welcome home
Sign the adoption agreement, receive medical records, and take your alaga home with a starter kit.
We answer the call, then find a temporary lap.
Circuit Community responds to reports of sick, injured, and abandoned cats across partner barangays, and relies on a rotating network of foster homes to bridge the gap between rescue and adoption.
- Emergency intake for injured, orphaned, or maternity-ward strays reported by residents
- Foster homes provide short-term care while a cat is vetted, socialized, and readied for adoption
- Starter kits (litter, food, carrier) provided to every approved foster
- Foster-to-adopt option available once a bond forms
Kapon is the intervention that actually ends overpopulation.
Our subsidized spay/neuter (kapon) clinics run monthly in partnership with local veterinarians, using Trap-Neuter-Return for community cats and low-cost slots for owned pets in the barangay.
